Susselys brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in finance and operations across higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting and has guided teams in accounts receivable, cash operations, and compliance, always with a strong commitment to integrity and service.
As a CMA candidate and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Susselys combines strategic expertise with a collaborative, people-first approach. Fluent in English and Spanish, she helps ensure CogniHealth’s operations are grounded in transparency, trust, and compassion.
