After caring for her mother through more than a decade of dementia, Rachel founded CogniHealth and DementiaHomeCareSanDiego to provide the compassionate, consistent care she once struggled to find. With over 20 years of leadership experience in finance and operations at institutions including Columbia University and UC San Diego, she brings integrity, structure, and reliability to every aspect of the organization.
Rachel’s leadership uniquely combines personal lived experience with professional excellence, allowing her to support families with dignity, empathy, and trust throughout every stage of care.
